What You'll Do:
- Primary Goal is to advance target state CIAM Platforms and Services migrating applications throughout Enterprise to ForgeRock SAAS.
- Requires experience in CIAM/IAM area preferably as a Technical Business Analyst with large scale enterprise migrations.
- Primary responsibilities will be gathering requirements, performing initial analysis, and recommending applications to prioritize migrations.
- Serve as a Liaison between CTO and areas of the business daily working with teams to understand requirements.
- Job Requirements:
- 5+ years or better experience performing requirements gathering and analysis working as a Technical Business Analyst between CIAM/IAM Platform team and Business to recommend and prioritize applications for migration.
- Demonstrated experience with excellent communication skills working with teams for large Enterprise transformations. International Experience a plus.
- IAM knowledge and preferably experience working with customer facing applications that require Legacy Forms Based SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Certificate based Authentication, a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with ForgeRock or other IAM products that are SAAS or Cloud based. Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP desired.
- Demonstrated experience working in Cybersecurity organization with a Technical Engineering focus on CIAM/IAM
What You’ll Bring:
- Advanced experience and/or expertise in several of the following.
- Experience with IAM Platforms – ForgeRock, Okta, SailPoint, Ping
- Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in a collaborative environment and serving as the primary conducting requirements gathering and analysis to determine Applications to migrate.
- DevOps Platform: Experience working with AWS CI/CD – Jenkins, Bitbucket, GIT a plus.
- Programming Languages: Python, Java, Node, Groovy, JavaScript or other scripting a plus but not required.
- Standards/Specs: OAUTH2/SAML/OIDC/WebAuthN Required
- Experience with Session Management (Client, Server) Required
- Knowledge of Infrastructure fundamentals
- Linux / UNIX/Windows Operating Systems
- Database Fundamentals: Schemas, Tables, Permissions, SQL
- Networking, TCP/IP and other common Communication Protocols: OSI Model, 3 Way Handshake, Stateful vs Stateless, Proxy Firewall
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
- Logging & Monitoring: Dynatrace and Splunk, Change Management, Problem management, industry standard tooling.
- Test/Quality capabilities & methodologies (functional & nonfunctional) and associated tooling including quality automation.
- Infrastructure & Cloud Security best practices including DevSecOps.
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Development and Design Fundamentals including SDLC and coding standards.
- Cloud Computing: Understanding and knowledge (of 1 or more): AWS, Azure or GCP
- Documentation: Provide Analysis and requirements to Engineering build teams who will use data gathered to onboard applications
- comfortable in a highly visible facing role interacting daily with reps from various lines of business
- Excellent communication skills required.
