· Create dashboards and reports within Tableau based on business requirements to drive adherence to Decision Governance (DSG) Policy and other control and developmental initiatives.

· Ability to interact with various business partners and ability to implement feedback to enhance the end-user experience.

· Develop impactful presentations and documents.

Skills:

· Demonstrated SME with the Business Intelligence tool, Tableau.

· Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills as demonstrated through 3+ years related experience.

· SQL/SAS and Teradata experience.

· Working knowledge of MS Office (EXCEL, Access, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint); ability to create PowerPoint presentations for Senior Management.

· Strong communication (oral, written) and organizational skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, MIS, Information Technology, or similar preferred.

· Experience training/mentoring other team members in Tableau.

· Experience with Tableau Server administration.

· Experience with Python, Alteryx, Stored Procedures and writing complex queries.

· Financial services industry experience.
