JOB DETAIL

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar senior development role.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development and customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components).
  • Experience in the insurance domain is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, anyone of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration and custom development.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
