We need this person to already have mainframe experience in some form or fashion. We prefer not to train them on how to use and access the mainframe. They need to have these skills already.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3 years of mainframe experience.
We need someone that can provision, deprovision modifyingaccess. If they have had any Identity Governance or Identity lifecycle management.
Same thing here too. If they have 3 years or more experience in this area, then this would be someone to talk with.
We want someone that is able to speak well with others and work through issues. Good communication skills. Good troubleshooting skills.
This is provisioning and IAM role primary. However, this does have some help desk skills that would be needed.
They do not have to have worked in the help desk. They just need to demonstrate that they have worked with end users to solve their problems.
Some of these users are going to be non-technical users and we have to have patience with these people to get them up and productive.
This is a key role for us. This is revenue impacting for Carnival Corporation.
Ability toexecute and get things done.
It is ok to be slow while you are learning.
However, the expectation is that you are not going to sit around and ask for something to do. We need to you get out there and work with our clients without having to be told. We need to you execute and deliver and turning tickets around and other things like that.
Those that wait to be told to do something will not work here for us.
Nice to have:
Polar and Mapper provisioning experience
Reservation systems experience or understanding
College Degree is not a requirement. If you have one, then that is a plus. It is just not required for this role.
