• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with GIS software and technologies (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, FME)

• Strong proficiency in spatial data management, analysis, and cartographic techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for GIS automation and scripting

• Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling principles

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field

• Experience with web-based GIS technologies (e.g., ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise)

• Knowledge of remote sensing and image processing techniques

• Familiarity with GPS, surveying, and field data collection methods

• Expertise in transportation domain

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain GIS databases, including spatial and non-spatial data.

• Perform spatial analysis, data modeling, and geoprocessing tasks to support various projects and initiatives.

• Create high-quality maps, visualizations, and reports using GIS software and tools.

• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand and meet their GIS needs.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on GIS software and applications.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing quality control measures and data management protocols.

• Stay up to date with the latest GIS technologies, software, and industry best practices.
