• Project management experience;
• Experience application supporting the People First System (ERP);
• Experience using SAP HR software version ECC 6.0 HR on Net Weaver 7.5.;
• Experience working with SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 operating system;
• Experience working with Oracle database
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develops requirements and specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
• Identifies the implementation team’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
• Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and provides the following documentation deliverables as needed
• Evaluates underlying assumptions for the implementation plan and challenges business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Plans projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
