3+ years in an ETL Developer role using Datastage or equivalent orchestration tool.
3+ years working with SQL Server or Oracle database platforms including data modeling, DDL scripting, writing stored procedures and DDL
5+ years in a professional IT technical development role
Experience optimizing queries and load packages for performance and scalability

In this role, the successful candidate will provide design, development and support of data integration orchestrations and batch schedules in support of a portfolio of Credit Risk and Collections applications. To be successful the candidate must be driven and well-organized, with strong learning and multi-tasking abilities. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks on agreed schedules.
The selected candidate:
Will provide technical and consultative support on complex technical matters
Will complete technical development assignments independently with minimal supervision.
Will analyze requirements, provide estimates, propose and develop technical solutions for small to mid-sized projects in adherence with Huntington standards
Will be required to work with technical and non-technical audiences to gather requirements, write technical designs, test, debug, and implement programs
Will show drive and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies and business processes
May work with outside / Cloud based vendor technical teams in support of configurations and interfaces between on-prem and cloud hosted applications
Will show an understanding of the industry standards and practices and the knowledge of technical industry trends as they apply to Huntington

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
5+ years in an IT technical development role.
3+ years in an ETL Developer role using Datastage or equivalent orchestration tool.
3+ years working with SQL Server or Oracle database platforms including data modeling, DDL scripting, writing stored procedures and DDL.
Experience optimizing queries and load packages for performance and scalability.
Experience working in highly regulated corporate environments (Banking / Financials).
Working knowledge of both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall software delivery models.
Working knowledge of IT Change Management processes and procedures.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to enterprise scheduling and/or batch tools such as Zena
Exposure to SSIS.
Exposure to Cloud based delivery platforms (Azure, AWS)
