•            Knowledge of Technical Services domain including Hardware Services, Software Services, Customer Services, and Service Sales is required.

•            Knowledge of Oracle Cloud –(mostly focused on Service) Service Cloud, (incorporates the following) Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management.

•            2-3 implementations would be a good experience level to come in with. Lead roles (within the areas above) would be ideal.

•            (nice to have) Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain.

•            Knowledge of Oracle eBS in the above-mentioned areas is preferred.

•            Knowledge of Salesforce (will be using it for sure but does not need to be 100% proficient on this)– Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Digital Experience (Communities). Knowledge of Sales Cloud is preferred.

•            Ability to design and manage complex integrations between multiple CRM and ERP systems, including, but not limited to Oracle and Salesforce.

•            Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau is preferred.
