•            Adobe AEM implementation experience

•            Architect level but MUST BE Technical

•            Java development with Adobe experience AEM as a CMS

•            Works on solution approaches and design

•            AEM, target, analytics

•            They use Azure but this person will most likely have multiple cloud platform experience

•            No learning time, they need to hit the ground running

•            This will Kick off the Adobe migration – so they will be the person on the SHRSS team working with the vendor they have chosen for the implementation

•            Sitecore to adobe – almost everything will be migrated to adobe

•            This has VERY HIGH visibility, all the way to Jim Allen. There is no room or time for error – this person needs to be able to communicate in a professional manner to all levels of the business and all teams

•            Comm is key - Touches many different team, Even marketing team

•            Long term position

•            Technical with great business communication acumen – needs to be able to be both

•            Not a big talker, someone that is clear and concise
