• Minimum  5-7  years of experience in BIB & SAP HR ABAP
• SF & HCM Integration (BIB Replication) expertise to handle NAR integration project.
• Responsible for understanding the requirement from business for BIB.
• Responsible for creating the mapping sheets and create logics as required along with functional team.
• Good Knowledge and experience in BADI Mapping.
• Responsible for giving status reports to business and keeping track of ongoing work related to BIB.
• Taking ownership of the Entity end to end technical delivery related to BIB.
• Working with technical team of ABAPer & HCM functional team for end to end delivery.
• Expertise in HR ABAP & CPI is must.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
•Experience with BIB replkcation
•Experience with ECC 6.0
•Experience with ECC to SF  integration
•Deep expertise in HR ABAP programming & Integrations 
•Good understanding of 3rd party interfaces
•Strong  reporting skills.
•Strong  communication skills
