We are seeking an individual with demonstrated experience in Business Analysis related to software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess skills in gathering and documenting requirements, understanding the software development lifecycle, working independently with initiative and judgment, and familiarity with standard market testing tools. A bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience are required.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough analysis of current case management processes.
• Documenting all aspects of the case lifecycle and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the new system.
• Developing a comprehensive system map or flowchart for the new case management system implementation.
• Documenting and communicating process changes to relevant parties.
