·       More than 7 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.

·       Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

·       Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce Lightning. 

·       Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I and II). 

Required Education

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study

Required Experience

·       Leading technical teams and managing Salesforce projects.

·       Agile development methodologies and tools.

·       Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.

·       Additional experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning is a plus.

·       Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth

·       knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API

·       Extensive development experience using Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic

·       solutions on the Salesforce platform.

·       Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks, and SLDS framework.

·       Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud.
