Knowledge of Technical Services domain including Hardware Services, Software Services, Customer Services, and Service Sales is required.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud –(mostly focused on Service) Service Cloud, (incorporates the following) Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management.
2-3 implementations would be a good experience level to come in with. Lead roles(within the areas above) would be ideal.
Knowledge of Salesforce (will be using it for sure, but does not need to be 100% proficient on this)– Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Digital Experience (Communities). Knowledge of Sales Cloud is preferred.
