JOB DETAIL

In the day-to-day, this position will design, build, test, and maintain
web-based applications, utility programs, and custom integrations.

They will work collaboratively with fellow team members, advancement staff,
and campus partners to understand business needs and translate them into
working technical solutions that solve those needs. In addition, this
position will respond to and implement ad-hoc enhancements and/or bug fix
requests.

4+ years of experience with custom web development

Experience with object-oriented design of database driven websites

Experience analyzing business requirements and identifying solutions

Experience with web programming languages/environments (C#, ASP.Net MVC,
Entity Framework, HTML 5, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Web API, REST)

Understanding of Oracle and/or SQL Server

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft IIS

Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Familiarity with project management and change management tools (JIRA and
Confluence)

Experience working in a fundraising, non-profit, or higher-ed environment

Familiarity with Ellucian Advance and Banner

Experience with MS Dynamics

Experience migrating applications to the cloud

Experience using enterprise reporting tools (Cognos)
