This is a true Oracle Developer, database development all the way. If they have any python scripting skills it is nice to have.  
We have people under this manager billing for years.  She’s smart and very deliberate in what she hires.  She needs someone smart that has good judgement, good problem solving skills for this production support, bug fix, development support role. This person can be a mid-level Candidate with a 5 years of PL/SQL but no more than 9 years of overall experience.  She will not consider anyone with more experience for this position.
Process: 
1: They must take an online technical assessment in PL/SQL prior to submission that will be issued by Vendor.

Description:
Minimum of 5-9 yrs of overall working experience
Strong PL/SQL development skills
Proficient in database development utilizing partitions, dbms jobs, packages, procedures, function and oracle user defined types.
Proficient in working with UI teams/applications and using cursors, XML,JSON etc.
Strong exp in developing end to end jobs as part of ETL.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL tuning skills.
Data analysis skills to debug, trace and fix performance problems.
Experience with Python, exposure to DB connect libs and others like requests, JSON, pandas etc.

Preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle Exadata
Familiarity with MemSQL, NoSQL DBS and S3 technologies is a big plus.
Bachelors degree in business management information systems or computer science

Good written and oral communication skills.
