We need someone that has experience in engineering, researching issues such as vulnerability, make recommendations, fix and document the process. They should also have experience developing proof of concepts

Researching, documentation, testing and implementation for database security vulnerabilities.

Documentation and testing of Oracle 19c client for Windows desktop and server.

Researching, documentation, and testing Oracle multitenant.

Will this person be part of an overall team? Or will they work independently?

This person will be part of an overall team and there will be times when the person will need to work independently. Any experience with Multi-Tenent is a big plus.

On-call rotation is a must
