• 10+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Email to Case)

• Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies

• Team player with the ability to work well with diverse groups such as Business Users, IT Business Solutions and other Developers

 • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified

• Experience with LWC and Lightning Component Framework

• Experience with web application design and analysis, design patterns and object orientated design

• Experience in multiple web technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP

• Experience with GitHub 

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical audiences
