JOB DETAIL

 Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business
requirements and technical standards.
 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
 Stay updated with Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.
 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into
technical requirements.
 Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations,
and data migration strategies.
 Ensure solutions are aligned with the organization's data governance and security policies.
 Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence
to design specifications and best practices.
 Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
 Manage and optimize the performance of the Salesforce environment.
 Lead Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer
support, to ensure successful project outcomes.
 Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, architecture
diagrams, and user guides.
 Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs,
middleware, and ETL tools.
 Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity, quality, and security within Salesforce.
 Implement and maintain data management processes, including data cleansing,
deduplication, and backup.
 Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, addressing issues and
implementing enhancements as needed.
 Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
 Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates and releases.
Qualifications:
 Experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
 Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and designing complex Salesforce solutions.
 Strong background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
