Functional Experience with a minimum of 10 years in Logistics applications and close to 5 years in SAP TM implementation experience in SAP TM.                  

Being involved in at least on TWO full cycle implementations in SAP TM. S/4HANA TM embed project experience is preferred                           

Having full responsibility of a SAP TM business process design and process implementation.                         

Good understanding of cross-industry and specific planning of business processes                            

Understand the Shipper and LSP Business Process in the Supply Chain.                  

SAP TM (Transportation Management)

Deep Knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes Transportation Process for Shippers, Transportation Process for Freight Forwarders (LSP), Integration of SAP Documents (SO/PO/Deliveries), Transportation Planning and Optimization Process, Collaborative Process, Transportation Charge Management, Execution and Monitoring Process, Charge Settlement, Payment Process (SAP S/4), Integration between TM with EWM (definitely required) ,  TM and GTS , TM and Dangerous Good.                         

SAP TM Solution Lead –

The SAP Transportation Management Lead will guide and consult on SAP TM processes and integrations with other modules, and lead facilitation of TM workshops. The SAP TM Lead will manage TM deliverables.

Leadership and guidance of a small team of Consultants, ensuring a successful Solution Design and implementation of the SAP TM Work-stream.

Provide subject matter expertise in SAP TM in customer engagement and solutioning. Articulate and present different points-of-views on SAP TM and its associated technologies/integrations. Manage the team and its related deliverables, Oversee all delivery of the TM requirements.

Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP TM system, review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the Transport Management work stream. Design to-be business processes based on SAP TM standard template and best practices, lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
