• Maintain in depth and up to date knowledge of relevant business drivers, typical customer needs and the ERP competitive landscape.

• Demonstrable cross functional knowledge across the S/4 HANA solution set.

• Understand the Implementation methodology of S/4HANA Cloud.

• Working knowledge of at least two S/4 HANA Cloud modules.

• Good understanding of the general IT Business Solutions marketplace and landscape with particular emphasis on ERP

• Provide appropriate guidance and direction to our internal SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team, including insight for services quoting and ensure that we have the right proactive support services in place to provide exceptional customer experience.

• Drive superior customer service experience and high-quality customer engagements.
