Job summary

• As a ServiceNow developer must have hands on coding expertise in developing integrations, API based record creations, in depth know-how of advance scripting, good knowledge in implementing the IT Service Management framework for Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalogs, Release Management, Performance Analytics and ServiceNow best practices.

• Should have experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) in developing and designing user experiences of applications using AngularJS, JavaScript, React JS, Bootstrap, HTML5, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, CSS3.

• Should have Hands on experience in creating Users, roles and User Groups.

• Should have Experience in migrating the changes across various environments in ServiceNow using Update-Sets

• Should have Experience in loading the data into ServiceNow using import sets.

• Should have Experience in configuring the Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, UI Actions, SLAs in ServiceNow

• Should Contribute to the continual improvement of Performance Analytics roadmap as well as the maturing of the IT Reporting and Performance Analytics capabilities, expertise, best practices and solutions

• Should have Ability to formulate plans and reports and analyze alternatives.

• Should have Ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
