Property & Casualty insurance experience (Preferred) or at least be familiar with it.

Highly skilled at building complex conceptual, logical and physical data models which are visual representations of an enterprise’s business data. Experience with Erwin or other modeling tools is required.
Highly skilled at systematically applying logical reasoning techniques to query, inspect, cleanse, profile and study data in structured, semi-structured, and unstructured formats for the purpose of deriving knowledge to support business decision-making and mapping data between source and target systems to support application integrations.
Highly skilled at SQL Programming with the ability to perform the most complex queries against relational databases in an efficient manner.
Knowledgeable at transforming data into compelling, meaningful and appealing visualizations, such as graphs, dashboards and reports, using intuitive industry visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
Knowledgeable at designing and developing meta data models, frameworks, dimensions, reporting objects, templates, drill downs all within the Cognos Framework Manager, Reporting and Dashboard applications.
