• Experience providing assistance to project teams to help ensure strategic alignment, project readiness, sourcing best practices, and effective use of existing state IT assets and investments
• Experience developing standard templates, reference models and tools for collecting and presenting architectural information for project reviews, portfolio management, and subsequent architectural analysis
• Experience facilitating and participating in collaborative workgroups
• Education and leadership of matrixed solution architect resources across an enterprise
• Documentation and publication of blueprints, design patterns, and other artifacts
• Development and delivery of presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience ensuring alignment of individual activities with other team members, agency IT and business plans, investment strategies, legislative expectations, and overarching strategic goals
• Demonstrated experience working with NCDIT or NC State Agencies on-premises and cloud architecture.
• Demonstrated experience mapping data flows, ingress and egress, connection type, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with system architecture visualizing data flows

Preferred skills

·Demonstrated experience with system architecture visualizing data flows with Vizio and PowerBI

·Demonstrated experience reviewing and developing business rules to assist with integration of metadata from on-prem data bases and cloud data bases to a single view of data assets (non-MS 365 assets). (i.e., All table names and associated columns(and system names) and their metadata to include sensitivity labels)

·Demonstrated experience developing processes and business rules to add metadata to structured data base data.

·Demonstrated experience creating and refining system architecture diagrams to include associated data bases both on-premises and cloud and associated roles for role-based access at different levels for each system/table.

·Experience implementing privacy and information classification in Microsoft purview and defender.
