We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with experience in managing integrations using Boomi. Additionally, familiarity with CPQ, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Sales Cloud is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and other relevant technologies to meet business requirements.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems, particularly using Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, FSL, and Sales Cloud to optimize performance and user experience.
- Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and streamline workflows.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and stability of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Proficiency in managing integrations using Boomi or similar middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, FSL, and Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
