Assist in business analyst tasks supporting multiple projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Ensure successful outcomes for mission-critical projects through effective project management.
Utilize your technical expertise in Information Technology, including proficiency in programming languages, databases, application platforms, and business intelligence technology.
Apply project management knowledge and techniques, leveraging project management tools effectively to deliver projects within defined parameters.
Communicate effectively and adapt communication styles to engage with IT and business stakeholders.
Demonstrate leadership skills among peers, with prior management or leadership experience considered a plus.
Showcase strong functional and/or technical application knowledge to support project needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline, Computer Science, or closely related field.
Six or more years of experience as a lead business analyst.
Experience providing business analyst support across multiple projects.
Two or more years of project management experience.
Proficiency in Information Technology, including programming languages, databases, application platforms, and business intelligence technology.
Demonstrated track record of successfully assisting multiple projects and/or major projects within defined parameters.
Practical application of project management knowledge and techniques.
Preferred certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), or other internationally recognized project management certification.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences
