JOB DETAIL

  • Assist in business analyst tasks supporting multiple projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and management of projects and programs.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive project requirements, strategy, and planning.
  • Ensure successful outcomes for mission-critical projects through effective project management.
  • Utilize your technical expertise in Information Technology, including proficiency in programming languages, databases, application platforms, and business intelligence technology.
  • Apply project management knowledge and techniques, leveraging project management tools effectively to deliver projects within defined parameters.
  • Communicate effectively and adapt communication styles to engage with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills among peers, with prior management or leadership experience considered a plus.
  • Showcase strong functional and/or technical application knowledge to support project needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline, Computer Science, or closely related field.
  • Six or more years of experience as a lead business analyst.
  • Experience providing business analyst support across multiple projects.
  • Two or more years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology, including programming languages, databases, application platforms, and business intelligence technology.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully assisting multiple projects and/or major projects within defined parameters.
  • Practical application of project management knowledge and techniques.
  • Preferred certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), or other internationally recognized project management certification.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences
