About the Role: As a SAP TM Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in solution designs, functional testing, and providing functional leadership. This position involves researching and resolving production problems, refining technical details into user stories, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions. The role requires the ability to work independently, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the quality assurance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create functional solutions and architecture documents
• Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions
• Execute configuration tasks within the SAP environment
• Resolve production support problems and suggest alternative approaches
• Work with global teams and end-users
• Conduct quality assurance and implement quality applications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP TM Implementation or Production support Experience
• Experience with complex integrations via EDI, IDocs, SI or PI, and other integrations
• Strong understanding of SAP TM, transportation zones, networks, and TM optimizer
• Experience in ABAP code debug is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Foundry and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
