84 Months of experience managing enterprise level projects, preferably in the public sector
84 Months of experience developing project plans/schedules, work breakdown structures, risk management plans, communications plans, issue management, change management and project issue reporting
84 Months of experience working with project management tools (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Powerpoint)
84 months of experience gathering, documenting, monitoring, and reviewing requirements and managing requirements traceability matrices
60 months of experience managing stakeholders and coordinating activities across different organizations or state agencies
60 months of experience with procurement projects, preferably in the public sector
60 months experience with technical project management
60 months of demonstrated ability to conduct meetings with senior agency executives
