- Lead the planning  execution  and successful delivery of projects within the Education domain  ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Utilize Azure DevOps tools to streamline project workflows  enhance collaboration  and improve project outcomes.

- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress  address challenges  and brainstorm solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and to leverage best practices in project management.

- Monitor project progress  adjusting plans and strategies as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines within the Education sector.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team  encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies.

- Provide mentorship and support to team members  fostering a culture of learning and growth.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in Azure DevOps and the Education domain.

- Ensure effective stakeholder communication  delivering clear project updates and reports.

- Manage project risks and issues  implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.

-Qualifications

- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management  with a strong preference for those with experience in the Education domain.

- Proven expertise in Azure DevOps is mandatory  with a solid understanding of its application in project management and team collaboration.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential  with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and challenges.

- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in both technical and domain-specific areas is required.
