- Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows and Linux systems.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Assist in improving features of the Digital Workspace Modern Device Management Technologies.
- Assist in improving features and services that are operationalized in Intune of both physical and virtual environments.
- Utilize Intune’s cloud-based functionality to enforce both mobile device management and mobile application management best practices. Role will leverage additional functionality such as Desktop Analytics, AutoPilot, Azure AD Domain Join, and Hybrid-Domain Join
- Administer enterprise OS deployment and device management platforms (MDT, Tanium, Intune, Jamf, etc.) for installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring endpoint devices, providing a secure, stable, and productive computing resource.
