We are seeking a talented Lead DevOps Engineer, with crypto experience and ideally 1 or more years of experience with Rust. In this role you will build a secure, stable, observable infrastructure. Join our innovative team and make a high impact on both our company's product and the industry at large. This role will be USA work hours and the majority of team is US based. You will hand off to off-shore team at the EOD.Requirements:

• 1+ or more years of experience in crypto SaaS or crypto infrastructure
• 3-5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a startup environment (early stage preferred)
• Experience setting up DevOps practices, prioritization, and managing infrastructure design
• Experience with Terraform Iac and clouds AWS & Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience with Prometheus for monitoring and alerting
• Strong CI/CD experience
• Proficiently implement and manage security protocols across cloud infrastructure, cloud services, global access control measures, & onboarding and off-boarding procedures
• Experience with Rust programming language is highly preferred
