We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Visualization Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the analysis and migration of our existing Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

·         Analyze SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Universes:

o   Reverse engineer BO Universes to identify all data sources and intermediate data models.

o   Understand the current state of data processing, update mechanisms, and data processing methods and frequencies.

·         Analyze Tableau Dashboards:

o   Reverse engineer Tableau Dashboards to identify all data sources and intermediate data models.

o   Understand the current state of data processing, update mechanisms, and data processing methods and frequencies.

·         Analyze Existing Reports and Dashboards:

o   Play a pivotal role in dissecting existing BO reports and Tableau dashboards.

o   Assist in replicating their functionality and business logic within Power BI.

·         Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data visualization best practices and tools.

·         Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Power BI and continuously improve data visualization practices.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the migration process, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

·         Document the migration process and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

·         7+ years of experience as a Data Visualization Analyst or related role.

·         Proven experience as a Data Visualization Lead or similar role.

·         In-depth knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.

·         Expertise in reverse engineering SAP BusinessObjects Universes and Tableau Dashboards.

·         Strong understanding of data processing methods and ETL/ELT processes.

·         Experience working with Power BI for data visualization.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
