At least 5 years of NetSuite OneWorld implementation experience . Involved in all implementation phases discovery phase, business mapping, development , walkthrough, UAT, deployment and post prod support
Candidates should be able to actively participate in meetings for requirement gathering ,mapping with business process, Walkthrough session, UAT and Cutover activities.
Suggest and follow best practice for implementing NetSuite in the Manufacturing and Mining industry.
Should be able to work with offshore resources.
Experience in configuring Company, subsidiaries, CoA( Chart of Account), Department, Class, Location and other Account listing
Very good knowledge of different types of items( Inventory, Non-Inventory, Service, Assembly ) configuration
Understanding of Standard Costing
Experience in using Approval workflows on Purchase order, Quote, Sales Order, Vendor Bills
Very good understanding and experience in Role and Permission configuration
Experience in creating Saved Search and Reports.
Knowledge of workflow configuration and should be able to troubleshoot in case of issue.
Strong understating and experience on different processes Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Design to Build process
Knowledge of Manufacturing process
Little experience in making changes to Advanced PDF, Form Customization, field creation
Experience in uploading Master data ( Customer, Vendor, Item, Department, Class, Location, CoA), Trial Balance ,Open transactions and other transactions
