JOB DETAIL

  • Sponsorship / Senior Level – Concise, effective communication around progress, dependencies, risks, timing and decisions needed at the senior level
  • ART/Team –Activities to identify sequencing and potential collision issues
  • Organizational – Clear, effective communication to matrix partners on timing / impact of implementations on their departments
  • Skills:     
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of Project Management / Program Delivery or applicable experience required
  • Minimum of five (5) years-experience in healthcare required and working in a large-scale, Agile program
  • Experience coordinating internal and vendor resources for flawless execution of large-scale, fast-paced program
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills is a must; ability to present complex ideas to cross-functional audiences, business implications/priorities to technical teams, and can bring project challenges to management’s attention effectively
  • Proficiency in agile mgmt. tools (Jira, Pathfinder, Microsoft suite)
  • Required competencies are customer centric, critical thinker, analytical, ability to deal with ambiguity, growth mindset, and technical savvy in a high-paced, start-up environment

Education:        

Bachelor Degree Required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership - Balance multiple large, complex, time limited projects between ENAC, Cigna and external vendors
  • Hold People Accountable – Develop and manage disciplined work plans and engagement to hold team and matrix partners accountable for delivery
  • Methodology – Apply appropriate tools and processes to manage large scale Agile program
  • Facilitation – lead idea sessions around problem resolution to address technology and business needs
  • RISK & DEPENDENCY MANAGEMENT
  • Identification – Clearly quantify / qualify dependencies and risks and engage with impact partners to prioritize related to cost, timing and features
  • Mitigation – Eliminate barriers to success or develop alternate solutions to minimize or eliminate
  • Communication – Early/Frequent communication with leadership and key partners of risk and dependencies levels and progress
  • LEAN PORTFOLIO MANGEMENT SUPPORT   
  • Support lean agile operations to ensure program is running optimally
