Planning, creating SOW & Governance Model, Developing & Tracking

Budgets, Ensuring Resource Availability, Internal & External Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Monthly reports and KPI adherence.

· Managing

delivery expectations in terms of quality & timelines, timely identification of issues/risks and providing mitigation plans, escalation management and resourcing challenges. Collaborating with business stakeholders overlapping with onsite hours.

· Identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
