• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
• Creating timelines and development goals
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application
• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
• Should Lead the offshore team & act as a liaison between the Offshore team and customers.
• Perform Design and Code Reviews for self and team
• Support Release & Change Management activities
• Recommend application improvements, Technical Reduction
• Status Reporting & Stakeholders communication
• Work in Onsite/Offshore model, work handover/takeover should be taken care

Essential Skills:
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and Visual Force, Salesforce LWC
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Must have worked as Onsite Lead, in customer facing roles
• Must have managed a team of 3 members at least
