· Implementation experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, ITBM , Custom App development along experience in integrations
Job Description:
· Work in the ServiceNow Program developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer services
· Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and offerings.
· Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementations
· Architect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards
· Deliver hands-on configuration, development and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow
· Familiar with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation and Mobile Apps
· Knowledge about different cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, GCP and IAC provider tools like Terraform, Ansible etc
· Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
· Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
· Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
· Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
· Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
