SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for non-HANA

Lead SAP HCM team as onsite lead for HCM and CATS operational and change requests work for all countries (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and others) under America region on daily basis2 Prioritize and resolve client issues/problems during business hours being client facing roles3 Adherence to SLA for all incidents / service catalogue, tasks under HCM bucket across countries from America region4 Work on Incidents / Service Catalogue / other tasks – set up meeting/discussions, configuration/design fix, fix movement across environments, testing, UAT confirmation, fix deployment to production5 Work on Change Requests – requirement gathering, functional specification based on discussion and business requirement documents, design, configuration, functional Testing in different dev/testing environments, gathering UAT confirmation and deployment of the CR to production

Strong hands on development experience in RICEF.2. Minimum 6 years of OO ABAP development experience in a complex landscape.3. Minimum 3 years of development experience in S/4 HANA.4. Strong knowledge and working experience Adobe forms, AMDP, CDS, ALV. BADI, BAPI.5. Enhancements: BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancement Spots.6. Good knowledge and hands-on of Data Dictionary Objects, classical, Interactive reporting, Detail List, ALV Grid, and text Elements
