• Act as consultant and design architect for SAP FI/CO global solution.  Work with peers in the BT organization and business representatives to determine business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of the SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
• Support the identification of opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementation to these standards
• Collaborate with representatives of other SAP functions to ensure end to end process integration and consistency
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives
• After the implementation, lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve FI/CO processes at manufacturing sites, commercial operations and across the supply network
• The Consultant conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Client Animal Health Values, FDA & global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP), environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years SAP experience, with specific experience in SAPFICO
• Current SAP configuration and module working knowledge in FI and CO
• Life Science Industry experience is a plus
• Experience using SAP implementation tools, ASAP, and Solution Consultant preferred
• Desire to learn new modules and work on leading edge projects
• Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
• 1+ full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
