• Analyze and Document: Review current Focus programs and WebFocus reports, documenting their specifications.
• Develop Remediation Strategy: Collaborate with management to create a strategy for remediating Focus programs and reports.
• Improve Reports: Work with business users to enhance existing reports based on current business needs.
• Convert Queries: Read and convert WebFocus and Mainframe Focus queries to T-SQL queries.
• Database Collaboration: Work with database administrators to create views and stored procedures for remediating WebFocus reports.
• Update Programs: Modify Focus and WebFocus programs to incorporate changes mandated by Florida PALM.
• Data Source Conversion: Convert mainframe programs using flat files to use database tables.
• Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to the data model.
• Environment Administration: Administer the WebFocus environment for the dedicated PALM remediation environment.
• Knowledge Transfer: Perform knowledge transfer with technical staff from the Office of the Comptroller.

Required Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Tibco Mainframe Focus or WebFocus.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with MS Power BI is preferred.
