JOB DETAIL

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • ServiceNow Lead / Developer for Team have multi-faceted skills to perform the full life cycle development of the user stories that get assigned to the Sprint Backlog.
  • Execute requirement Sessions with the client, document them into technical requirements.
  • Experience in implementing / Configuring ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Applications and Complex integrations.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Platform Customizations
  • Experience in integrations utilizing Integration HUB spokes, Integrations with 3rd party and Micro Services
  • Experience in flow designer configurations for workflows.
  • Experience in playbook configurations.
  • Proven ability to design Integration solutions using REST API web services.
  • Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions leveraging involving enterprise software.
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, Shell scripting, Active Directory.
  • ITIL Certification, ServiceNow certification preferred (ITSM, CSM).
  • Technical Documentation Experience.

  • Experience in REST/ API, Service Graph connectors for data ingestions from data sources to ServiceNow.
