3+ years of software development experience with proven project success in various industries including the distribution industry.

• Associates degree

• Proven ability and experience in prioritizing and managing multiple and diverse projects and allocating time as required to meet business objectives.

• Proven ability and experience in effectively assisting with application design objectives to ensure project success from a development perspective.

• Able to effectively and appropriately represent PCS IT Department to internal and external clients.

• Strong written and oral communication skills with effective strategies for interacting with a wide variety of audiences.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the following skill sets that must be exercised in this job:

o Ability to understand DB2/400 Database.

o Develop and maintain SQL Stored Procedures using IBM Rational Developer. Willingness and ability to learn the toolset for DB and SQL maintenance on AS400.

o C#/ VB.NET Development and Maintenance.

o XML/ XSLT development, transaction generation for various consumers including in house consumption.

o Windows Forms / ASP.NET development and maintenance. o Ability to maintain and develop REST web services.

o Ability to maintain and develop Windows Services that connect to databases, produce reports, and monitor systems.

o SQL Server database development, monitoring and maintenance. o JAVA Script Development and Maintenance.

o IIS Administration, Maintenance, and Support.

o Understanding and ability to support Microsoft Server platforms including troubleshooting and basic administration.

o Ability to deploy and maintain 3rd party packages for Testing, Agile development release cycles (Jenkins, GIT and other open source platforms)
