1.    Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field 
2.    At least 7 years of experience as SAP project manager – must have managed multiple teams
3.    At least 3 SAP full life cycle implementations
4.    PMP Certification
5.    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with all levels of the organization
6.    Work well under pressure and adhere to strict timelines
7.    Ability to manage conflicting priorities
8.    Leadership and Team Building experience with skill/talent to motivate a diverse group of people.
 
Desirable Skills:   
1.    SAP ECC to S/4HANA Rise migration experience
2.    SAP Service Cloud implementation experience
3.    Utility and/or Public Sector experience
4.    Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models 
5.    Experience working with geographically distributed teams
