Project: We are working on consolidating our CRM to Salesforce. We currently have a CRM in Microsoft Dynamics 365 that is used in Lexington office and a Salesforce CRM that is used in Denver office, so we are sunsetting the old system, and moving Salesforce from Denver to Lexington as the decision was made by leadership to use Salesforce going forward. This project is in the initial discovery stages, but the goal is to migrate all of the plans into the one Salesforce CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities: The Sr. BA would be working closely with Nesh and Lashaw (our other Director of Software Engineering in Denver) to create user stories, meet with the stakeholders and business users to understand the business requirements and translate them into user stories for developers to understand what needs to be done to develop the applications. 

Required background:   MUST Have 

• Experience in various software development lifecycle management methodologies (Agile Scrum, Kanban) using tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira for business requirements documentation.
• Experience with a diagramming tool (e.g. Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, etc.).
• Experience working with financial products and systems preferred.
• Experience in SQL scripting to perform data analysis and query data.
• Data models.
