JOB DETAIL

  • Implement and maintain IAM systems and solutions, Preferably SailPoint.
  • Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Now.
  • Familiarity with One Trust for privacy and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with Strong DM.
  • Experience with other IAM tools and solutions.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., SOX).
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage user identities and access rights across various systems and applications.
  • Perform regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensure secure integration of Windows systems within the IAM framework.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure IAM practices comply with relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive IAM strategies.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of IAM documentation, including technical guides and user manuals.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in IAM, privacy, and security.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the IAM framework to improve security and user experience.
  • Participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion

  • The Windows IAM Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s identity and access management (IAM) framework.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • This role will focus on ensuring secure access to systems and data while improving operational efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows systems, Active Directory (AD), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
  • The Windows IAM Specialist will be responsible for the reliability, performance, and security of our infrastructure.
  • The SRE will work to ensure the stability and efficiency of our services, with a focus on security and automation
