JOB DETAIL

Design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Workflows solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.

Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with clients to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.

Leads daily scrum calls with development team, business analysts, and process owners Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities.

Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.

Coordinate with Platform Architects to ensure designs meet development guidelines and best practices

Essential Skills:     Technical Lead works as a key focal who brings the Technology expertise to fulfill business requirements and deliver the complete solution for the customer utilizing the best BKM

? which are being utilized in the industry Certification :Certified Implementation Specialist

? FSM certification

? Must have ServiceNow implementation experience with Proficiency in ServiceNow FSM configuration, customization, and integration

? Service Now CSA , CAD certifications

Desirable Skills:    At least 4 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects

? Implemented 2 complex FSM projects

? ITSM, FSM certification
