• Implement and maintain IAM systems and solutions, Preferably SailPoint.• Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards.• Manage user identities and access rights across various systems and applications.• Perform regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.• Ensure secure integration of Linux systems within the IAM framework.• Collaborate with the team to ensure IAM practices comply with relevant regulations.• Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive IAM strategies.• Assist in the development and maintenance of IAM documentation, including technical guides and user manuals.• Monitor industry trends and advancements in IAM, privacy, and security.• Propose and implement enhancements to the IAM framework to improve security and user experience.• Participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
