- As an Azure Solutions Architect you will provide additional support for the team that’s responsible for Azure/Microsoft environment. This organization has quite a few initiatives that need to get done, and as the Azure Solutions Architect you will support help support the team in accomplishing these initiatives.
Responsibilities/Day to Day Activities:
- Assist with cleanup/ hygiene activities post the recent system migration and vendor consolidation.
- Assist with bringing the UK entities under the same systems as the US.
Assist with projects such as:
- Upgrade servers from 2019 to 2022. This includes Domain controllers
- Able to work with Dell to upgrade the Dell SAN and ISCSI storage switches
- Build out Intune reports using PowerBI
- Upgrade our Windows workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- Rebuild our current print solution or replace it with a full cloud print solution
- Work with Networking on migrating their certificates over to a new PKI environment
- Decommission an old Active Directory domain
- Upgrade Azure AD connect
- Audit our Windows and Mac MDMs
- Audit all our Mac, Windows, and Linux systems to verify all systems have our security agents and are updated to the latest versions.
- Okta cleanup
- Clean up and streamline okta attribute provisioning from Workday into Okta and start automating provisioning systems for new hires.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to operate within the EST timezone
- 2-5 or more years of experience with the following skillsets:
