Workday modules - **Finance for sure; HCM highly preferred (hard to find both but if he had to rank it would be finance first) - could consider super strong HCM if willing to learn Finance

* XSLT 3.0 is a must have

* Workday Studio - key - most of work is there - What Studio integration development have they done - describe complexity - must be able to discuss details of something they have worked on!!!! Ideally include in writeup

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified professional with 4-7 years of experience working as Workday Developer (HCM & Financials)

• Experience with all phases of Workday Implementation such as Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing

• Designed and built both inbound and outbound integrations in various segments of the Workday system using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors

* XSLT 3.0 experience

• Extensive custom studio development experience

• Hands-on creating Finance integrations using Workday Connectors like CCW, PICOF, PECI, ADP Connectors, Banking connectors, Finance connectors, and CCBs

• Experience developing various robust simple, advanced, and matrix custom reports in various HCM and Finance modules

• Good HCM and FIN functional knowledge

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with Business representatives on requirements, end user validation and troubleshooting
