The Functional Lead is a key strategic team member of the Winnebago team and brings a strong skillset for analytical problem-solving. The Functional Lead will serve as a thought leader in the organization and be able to serve various project teams in multiple capacities. As a Functional Lead, you will provide solution design and expertise to development teams, own the architecture and build of production support solutions, and deliver best-in-class solutions and products using industry best practices and standards.
Need a Sr. Consultant that can act as an extension of Winnebago’s current SF Architecture Lead for SF production support. Consultants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to act as a BA/Adim/Dev as needed.
Experience with Integrations, Data, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Sales Orders, recalls/rebates would be highly desired.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
7+ years of Salesforce experience
Salesforce certifications, including Experience Cloud, CPQ Consultant certifications are a plus
Experience in all phases of systems development
Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to be onsite with clients located with their same geographic market
Responsibilities:
Understand and define key audiences and business processes (current state and future state)
Lead and facilitate design, consulting, and requirements gathering sessions with clients
Analyze business and technical requirements and provide strategic recommendations and approaches in conjunction with other team leads and client stakeholders
Provide guidance and co-lead project team with other project team leads
Design, oversee, and drive end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions in collaboration with technical counterparts
Translate business requirements into user stories for project team development
