•    Developer should have 10+ years of total experience with 8+ years development experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and conventional SQL 
•    Developer should have 5+ years development experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, prefer 12c+ experience.
•    Developer has experience maintaining complex Oracle Forms/Reports (>30 artifacts) systems. 
•    Developer has 3 years or more experience developing/maintaining accounting, billing, or medical billing software. 
•    3 or more years development experience with other reporting tools, shell scripting, and/or SQL Server development.
•    Experience with git or subversion version control.
•    Experience with a modern reporting tool (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Pentaho)

Desirable: 
•    Developer has some experience with additional reporting tools (Pentaho and/or Tableau preferred)
•    Experience in programming/maintaining accounting and/or billing systems preferred but not required
•    Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred but not required
•    Experience with Linux shell scripting (bash and or ksh) preferred but not required
